01Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using CarJeevi (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

In these terms, "CarJeevi", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of the Website, and "you" refers to any person who visits or uses it.

02What CarJeevi is (and is not)

CarJeevi is an information and discovery platform that helps you research vehicles - prices, launches, specifications and offers - and connect with manufacturers and dealers.

• We are not a manufacturer, dealer, seller, financier or insurer of any vehicle.
• We do not sell vehicles and are not a party to any sale, booking, loan or insurance agreement.
• Any purchase, booking, test drive, finance or service arrangement is solely between you and the relevant manufacturer, dealer or third party.

03Prices and vehicle information are estimates

We collect this information from a variety of sources, including manufacturers' official websites, brochures and press releases, authorised dealers, industry publications and other publicly available sources. These sources can change without notice, may differ from each other, and may contain errors.

• Prices are usually ex-showroom unless stated otherwise, and exclude registration, road tax, insurance, TCS, accessories, extended warranty and other charges that make up the on-road price.
• The actual price depends on your city, state taxes, variant, colour, dealer and the offers running.
• Prices marked "Expected" for upcoming vehicles are our estimate; the final price is announced by the manufacturer at launch.
• Offers, discounts and launch dates are time-bound and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
• Images may be representative or illustrative and may not show the exact variant, colour or features.

Always confirm the final price, specifications and availability directly with the manufacturer or an authorised dealer before you make any decision or payment.

04No warranty

The Website and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable care to keep information current, we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, that any content is accurate, complete, reliable, up to date or fit for any particular purpose, or that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

05Dealers, manufacturers and third parties

When you submit an enquiry, request a quote or test drive, or ask to be contacted, you agree that we may share the details you provide with the relevant manufacturer(s) and/or dealer(s) so they can respond to you. They may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email.

We do not control and are not responsible for the conduct, pricing, products, services, promises or after-sales support of any manufacturer, dealer, financier, insurer or other third party. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

06Your use of the Website

You agree not to:

• use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose;
• submit false details or enquiries in another person's name;
• copy, scrape, harvest or republish content or data from the Website without our written permission;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, hack or gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems;
• upload or transmit viruses or any harmful, offensive or infringing material.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

07Intellectual property

The Website's design, text, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to CarJeevi. Vehicle names, brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used on the Website only to identify the vehicles and makes being described. Their use does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarJeevi will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage - including loss of money, profit, data or opportunity - arising from or connected with:

• your use of, or reliance on, any price, specification, offer or other information on the Website;
• any transaction, dealing or dispute between you and a manufacturer, dealer or other third party;
• any interruption, error, delay or unavailability of the Website.

Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

09Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CarJeevi and its team from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Website.

10Changes to the Website and these terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Website after an update means you accept the revised terms.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
